RESIDENTIAL CONTRACTING EXCELLENCE

RBV Contracting was brought in to work on a new neighborhood in the Corktown area of Detroit, Michigan. Elton Park contains a wide array of structures. The scope of this project included:

  • Site removals
  • Earthwork
  • Site utilities
  • Grading

We were so excited to get to contribute to our hometown in such a major way!

SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE

Elton Park was a huge project, spanning five blocks and six buildings, including 151 rental apartments, row houses, and a redeveloped Checker Cab building. The project also included a 13,400 square-foot retail space, along with an intimate public gathering area called Checker Alley.
